Note: Shipping rates for remote locations are calculated based on logistics and distance and will be displayed at checkout.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
- We cover customs duties and fees for shipments to: USA, Germany, France, UK, Canada, Italy, Australia, Spain, Israel, Mexico, New Zealand, Hong Kong.
- For other countries, customs duties, import fees and taxes may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. Customs authorities require the declared value on the package.
- We are not responsible for undelivered packages if the recipient refuses to pay customs duties and taxes.
Delivery Issues and Address Accuracy
- We cannot refund or replace packages confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.
- We are unable to issue refunds for orders not received due to incorrect, incomplete, or insecure shipping addresses. Items marked undelivered due to an incorrect address can be reissued only after being returned to us and will incur a re-shipping fee.

- In rare cases, carriers may require you to pick up a parcel from your local post office. We cannot refund orders if the customer refuses to collect the package or refuses delivery.
- We cannot accept returned parcels that are not routed back to our overseas warehouse; contact customer service to submit a return request if you no longer need the purchased items.
