Shipping and Delivery Overview

MemoryNest LIMITED is not responsible for delays or delivery issues once a package has left our facility and is in the possession of the courier service.

Important Note: Due to current safety measures and unprecedented circumstances, couriers no longer require signatures upon delivery.

Responsibility and Liability

  • If a package is marked as delivered according to tracking information but cannot be retrieved at the delivery address, MemoryNest LIMITED does not accept responsibility for the loss.
  • We do not process refunds or replacements once an order is confirmed as delivered and verified by the courier.
  • We recommend contacting the courier directly to resolve any delivery issues.

Processing & Shipping Timeframes

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping times are estimated as follows:
    • US & Canada: 7-28 business days depending on location.
    • International: 7-28 days, but sometimes longer due to customs processing and courier transit times.

Shipping Details by Region

  • US & Canada: Shipments from our Canadian warehouse via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post. UPS will attempt delivery three times before returning the package to our warehouse. Unsuccessful delivery alerts are sent by the courier. Packages not received will require you to contact UPS directly.

  • Europe: Shipped from our EU warehouse via DPD, PostNL, or UPS.

  • International: Shipped via UPS or FedEx. Delivery may take 2-3 weeks depending on customs clearance and destination country.

  • Australia: Shipped from our AU warehouse via STARTRACK or UPS.

Customs, Duties, & Fees

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These are charged by your local customs authorities and are not included in the product price or shipping fee.
  • We ship DDU (duties unpaid). Payment of customs duties and import taxes is required before delivery.
  • Contact your local customs office for detailed information prior to ordering to avoid unexpected charges.

Wrong Address & Order Changes

  • It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the shipping address. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

  • If the address is incorrect and the package is returned, additional shipping fees may be incurred for reshipment.

Order Cancellation & Modification

  • To cancel or modify an order, contact us ASAP at BynonLaurenceau503@outlook.com .
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations or modifications might not be possible.
  • Orders placed as a guest do not appear in your account dashboard; only orders made through a registered account can be viewed.
